What is the difference between shellac and gel nails?
Shellac is the brand name for a new, patent pending nail product created by Creative Nail Design (CND). It is a hybrid, meaning half nail polish, half gel. The product can be applied similarly to nail polish on your natural nails (no sculpting or filing). It is cured through UV lighting, just like Gels.
A gel manicure and a Shellac manicure are essentially the same thing: long-lasting polishes cured under UV lamps. The difference is that "gel nails" or "manicure" is the generic term for nails done under a UV lamp, while Shellac is a brand of gel nails by the company Creative Nail Design (CND).

Transform new manicure with Les Nails
Many salons have excellent interior designs, which makes their clients feel great. Immersing yourself into a beautiful theme, listening to nice music, being wrapped around by essential oil fragrances, and being pampered and cared for by friendly staff have the huge power to release negativity from your mind and put you at ease
A visit to a local nail lounge or an appointment with your go-to nail tech will beautify both your fingernails and toenails. When your nails are newly painted, they need a lot of time to completely dry. Weekday routines might not allow your new manicured nails to be given enough drying time. So, people usually choose to get their nails designed on weekends. Not only will they have time to dry the new nails completely, but also they can freely take photos of their beautiful nails, retouch these photos, and post them on Instagram. No need to rush!
